My first practical task which will involve uses camera skills, acting and editing. You will see a character opening a door, crossing a room and sitting down in a chair opposite another character, with whom she/he then exchanges a couple of lines of a dialogue.
The character who will be the main part of the production will be Leah who has a strong, confident personality who loves to be on camera. After she walks through the door, she will be greeted by the second character in the production Eloise (me).
I will be having a conversation with Leah which will be using shot/reserve shot to show a conversation between us, this will give a mysterious feel to the production as the conversation is based on an investigator trying to find this poor women's son who's been missing for two years.
I will be making this more into a thriller as we will be using dark lighting with spot lights just on the two characters to create a feel of suspense.
We will be shooting this in a mysterious classroom where its presented to be more scary.

180 degree rule:

The axis between two characters and the 180arc on which cameras may be positioned (green). When cutting from the green arc to the red arc, the characters switch places on the screen.

We will be using this feature when doing the production to make the shots look more realistic.

Keep an update on my blog to find out when I post the production. Thank you bloggers :)
